Cancellation Policy

Securing an appointment - To secure an appointment at Hair Extensions by Grace a $50 booking fee will be required. This will come off the cost of your appointment. Cancelling an appointment - Booking fees are non refundable. Booking fees are transferable to a rescheduled appointment if the current appointment is cancelled with over 24 hours notice. If the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice the booking fee becomes non transferable.
